We have an in-house, full-time tailor with 40+ years of training.

We have been in collaboration with a highly professional cleaning company for the last 15 years. All our leather and suede is sent out to them, including any furs and handbags if they are not dry cleanable.

First we inspect for any stains, loose seams, and oxidation. Next we give special attention to beads (we repair or replace them if necessary). After the gown is hand cleaned (soaked if needed) it is often rinsed. Once it goes through various stain removal techniques the beading and seems are inspected once again. It is then hand finished. Before being boxed or bagged we let the customer make a final inspection.

We clean each of these items one at a time in our cleaning machines so they have enough air circulation in the machine’s drum. Curtains are cleaned in-house and are hand pressed.
